Social Workers
A licensed social worker is available and assigned to each patient/family. Visits are agreed upon by the patient based on psychosocial assessment and need. The social worker helps the patient and family deal with financial, insurance and legal issues as well as help them cope with the personal and social challenges of illness, disability and the dying process.
